One of our classic o-ring sub day collars, with a chain leash / lead dangle with open heart charm. It's ALL stainless steel; 24/7 wearable, waterproof. It features a shiny, mirror finish center round (and FLAT) ring, adorned and affixed with (3) jump rings on each side; plus, an open heart pendant dangle. This may be SLIGHTLY tuggable, but it will break if you get rough, and that's how it should be. It's STEEL. It's CHAIN. ;)
